The two castles we saw are fascinating. Our guide, Alex, brought them to life giving us an understanding that we wouldnt have had without him. There was no waiting in queues so time was welk used. We would thoroughly recommend this company

What to bring

Wear sturdy, comfortable shoes since exploring the sprawling grounds of Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira involves a fair amount of walking.

If travelling with a child, bring a child safety seat as bus providers do not supply baby seats.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, as the tour will take place rain or shine.

Pack your sunhat, sunglasses, SPF, and water bottle to beat the heat, especially during summer.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the palaces or on the tour bus.

Your pets are not permitted at the Pena Palace & Park.
