Wrapping up

Once your ride concludes, you are free to continue exploring the area or revisit your favorite city sights at your own pace. Areas not officially open to the public within the attraction are not included with your ticket, and any personal expenses are at your discretion.

Present the e-voucher and the name provided during booking at the on-site ticket office to exchange for a valid ticket.

The ticket collection and entry point is at Budapest, Erzsebet ter, 1051 Hungary.

Tickets can be collected and used between 11am and 11pm from Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, and between 11am and 12am on Friday and Saturday.

The Ferris wheel operates every day throughout the year.

The admission ticket is valid for use and verification within 1 month from the date of purchase.

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult to ride the Ferris wheel.

Each cabin has a maximum capacity of 4 to 6 people, limited by weight to maintain wheel balance.

Once payment is completed, bookings cannot be refunded or modified.

In case of policy adjustments, the actual issued ticket shall prevail.
