Being this was our very first time we tried this train we found the experience amazing. We bought our ticket on line and checked in and staff was great. The information that was given was perfect and we had a little problem with our over-sized luggage and the cabin attendant was more than helpful finding me an easy access place to put my bag. Ample room, convenient power, nice seats and clean everything. Clear instructions and on time to our destination.

It was good except that the server went from front to rear of car every time so if you were in the rear they were always out of things. Suggest alternating directions.

Originally was five star. Return trip four. They're learning airline Nicole and diming. Charged $30 because suitcase was 2 pounds overweight. And it's me lugging it around. Not like it slows their work. Escalator broke. Only one. So everyone in a line for the two elevators. But, all in all, better and roomier than Amtrak. Seats a bit hard on your butt for that trip of Miami to Orlando.

I rode the Brightline train Labor Day weekend for the first time and fell love with it. My trip was from Orlando to Miami. Although my reservation was the basic level, it felt first class. The stations were clean, pretty and accommodated my tech needs ex. charging areas and wifi. The leather seats were very comfortable and the ride was very smooth. I called my family while on the train and they couldn't tell I was traveling and thought I was home. I liked that I could order food and it was delivered to me. It was comfortable and relaxing, I would ride it down to Miami again just for the peace I experienced.

Our experience with the service and the Server were GREAT. We opted for the Premium service. This was the first time that we used Brightline. So of course, we were gently informed that we sat in the wrong seats. But after moving to the assigned seats, it couldn't have been better. Talking about the convenience of using the train with a "regular" commuter, she said her mantra is "Brightline, take the wheel!" If I lived in Florida, I would adopt that approach too!
