As I was in a wheelchair the staff made me feel apart of everything and helped me to be able to do as much as I could. If I had a criticism it would be that your picture of the orangutans showed lots of them and there was only 1 for all the time and a little one was bought out for a very short time.

The buffet breakfast was incredible. I was surprised at the amount of options. My sister and I had dietary restrictions and we are able to find many options for us. The up close encounters you get with the animals was beyond anything I had ever experienced before. The breakfast was joined by many other animals that was a surprising delight. The Mud Fun with the elephants was a once in a lifetime experience. There was 43 in our group split into 3 smaller groups. The keepers were very good at making sure our group of 15 each got plenty of time on our own with the elephant. Going to the river and for a little splash with the elephants was a special moment. They took care with the elephants and respected their space. As our elephant was sensitive with people touching her trunk we joined another group for the final activity.

Everything was arranged - hotel transfers, entry to zoo, capybara experience. The whole experience was seamless and customer service excellent. The zoo is one of the more spacious and easy to navigate I have been to. The animals all looked happy and in good condition.

The Brunch with Capybara at the Bali Zoo was incredible! We were able to get up close, pat them, feed them and take plenty of pictures with these beautiful animals. Experiencing a yummy brunch in their company was the icing on the cake. I loved every moment of this experience!

It’s not just a meal; it’s a full-blown encounter that we will never forget. The Feast First off, let's talk about the food. The all-you-can-eat buffet was truly extensive. Whether you're a fan of traditional Balinese flavors or prefer a classic Western breakfast, they had everything you could possibly wish for. The quality was excellent, and the spread was large enough to fuel us for the entire day ahead. The Stars of the Show The orangutans were, of course, the main attraction, but the morning held some wonderful surprises. We were thrilled when the keepers brought out four additional surprise animals! This turned the breakfast into a mini-safari right at our table. We managed to capture amazing photos with all of them. The animals seemed well-cared for, and the interaction felt respectful and organized. Shoutout to Adi A huge, special thank you goes to Adi, our guide and commentator for the morning. He did an incredible job: * Expert Commentary: He narrated the entire event with enthusiasm. * Educational: I actually walked away having learned a lot about the animals' behaviors and conservation, thanks to his detailed explanations. * Great Energy: He led us through the event seamlessly and made sure every guest felt included. A Full Day of Fun The best part is that the experience doesn't end when breakfast is over. After the event, we spent the rest of the day exploring the rest of the zoo, which is beautifully laid out. To top it all off, we finished the afternoon at the zoo’s own splashpad, which was the perfect way to cool down after a day of walking. Highly recommend! If you are in Bali, do yourself a favor and book this. It’s worth every penny for the memories (and the photos!) alone.

Good breakfast and great experience close to animals. Seeing the orangutan so close was very special. Walking around the zoo after was also great - fabulous zoo.
