Couple예약 확인3주 전4/5We loved the whole experience, the day was great so full of information all day long. Seeing the camps for the first time was breathtaking just seeing and hearing everything that had gone on. Walking in to the buildings and seeing all the pictures on the walls and the total approximate number of dead was unbelievable. Our tour guide (Samuel i think his name was) for both camps was very informative and took his time to give us the information we needed and went at a steady pace so we didn't feel rushed. This is an experience that I think everyone needs to come and do once in their lifetime. Yes its sad to hear and see but the experience is needed. The salt mines was incredible, loads of information, loads of steps to walk down lol and once your down into the mines and you can see the grand scale of everything down there....WOW. carvings made from rock salt, there are even chapels that are still usable but the best experience by far was standing on the balcony looking down into Kinga's chapel (which is still a functioning chapel and you can even get married in the salt mines). Our tour guide (isabella) was great, funny and so informative. But the day couldn't have been possible if it wasn't for our great driver (Michal) he picked us up on time, told us everything that was planned for the day and rough time frames for everything. Introduced us to our tour guides at both sites and was waiting exactly where he said he would be and even pinged his location to meet him after coming out of the mines (as there were 2 locations to come out from). Overall this was an amazing day trip and glad we have done it and would definitely do the salt mines again.CCecile B
Couple예약 확인지난주4/5Je mets 4 étoiles et pas plus.
Couple예약 확인2주 전5/5La visite guidée des camps était parfaite !

Visit Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine in one full-day guided trip from Krakow, with round-trip transfers and headsets included.
Getting started
Begin your day in Krakow, where you will either be picked up from your hotel or join the group at a designated meeting point, depending on the option selected. Meet your professional guide, who will lead the full-day Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine tour and provide your headsets. Board your air-conditioned bus or private vehicle for the first journey out of the city.
What to expect
Auschwitz-Birkenau
Spend the first part of the day at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration and extermination camp, now preserved as a memorial and museum. Your visit is guided in the language you selected at booking, with English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, and German-speaking guides available across different options.
Features
-
Walk through Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau with your expert guide, who explains the camp’s history, context, and the stories of people imprisoned there.
-
See original brick barracks, remaining camp structures, and memorial areas that document how the site operated during the Second World War.
-
Use the provided headsets so you can clearly hear your guide’s commentary, even in larger areas or when the group is spread out.
-
Travel with round-trip transfers included from Krakow, so you do not need to arrange separate transport between the city and the memorial sites.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
In the second part of the day, continue to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO-listed underground complex of tunnels, chambers, and chapels carved in rock salt. A local guide at the mine leads you through selected sections of the historic workings.
Features
-
Descend below ground to explore corridors and vast chambers that showcase centuries of salt mining around Wieliczka.
-
View detailed salt sculptures, chapels, and other carved features that illustrate the region’s mining traditions and craftsmanship.
-
Follow a structured guided route inside the mine, with commentary provided through your guide and supported by headsets where needed.
-
Benefit from a full-day, 11-hour itinerary that combines both Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, with all main journeys handled by organized transfers.
Wrapping up
After your guided route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine, you will return to the surface and board your vehicle for the journey back to Krakow, where the tour ends with either hotel drop-off or return to the original meeting point, according to your selected option. If you select variants with lunch or small-group touring, your day includes a pre-arranged meal and a more intimate group size alongside the same core visits.
