The guide was friendly and spoke good english. Traveling in the minibus was uncomfortable; the seats were very small and there was very little legroom. The schedule of the day were unclear and the breaks were short. During the guided tours tourist groups followed one another closely and the pace was quite fast. A long but rewarding day.

Our guide was very well informed about the story for both entities and we didn't feel how much time has passed. As recomendation for tourists - take your time and read something in advance, it will help you better understand the terrible times Poland has faced.

Overall, it was a very powerful and unforgettable experience. Both guides were excellent, knowledgeable, and passionate, making the tours truly meaningful. However, we would have appreciated being informed about the weather conditions in advance. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was extremely hot, and a recommendation to bring a hat, umbrella, or fan would have made a big difference. In contrast, the Wieliczka Salt Mine was quite cold, and a light jacket would have been useful. Finally, we would like to thank the bus driver Tomas for being very friendly, professional, and for giving clear instructions throughout the trip.

Put 5 starrs by accident and could not change. Our driver could not communicate in English and nobody had a clue of the timeline of the day. Suggesting to create an audio message to be played for your paying guests to let them know what to expect during the daily itinerary.

Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine

Auschwitz-Birkenau, established in 1940, is the largest Nazi concentration camp and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your English-speaking guide will lead you through preserved barracks and memorials, sharing the historical context and personal stories behind this significant location.
