Es war einfach sehr komfortabel, von einem Fahrer abgeholt zu werden und gleich die Tickets zu bekommen. Da das Bergwerk sehr gut besucht ist, kann ich so eine Tour nur empfehlen. Wir mussten keinen Parkplatz suchen und nicht ewig in der Warteschlange stehen, um Ticketss zu erwerben. Unser Fahrer hat alles sehr gut erklärt, ddie Führung war sehr schön und auf dem Rückweg konnten wir uns entspannen, weil wir ja nicht selber fahren mussten. Ein wirklich toller Service. Vielen Dank.

The salt mines have to be one of the best visitor attractions anywhere. A great half day spent exploring an underground wonder. One area which could be improved is the communication between us and the tour operator. We had one txt and 3 emails informing us of two different pick up locations and 3 different times. This was both confusing could somewhat stressful wondering if we would make the trip

Punctual, pleasant informative driver Przemek who stayed with us until we entered the mine. Again waiting for us when tour finished. A great day out, everything professional and went like clockwork. Also sent a photo and reg of our pick up van which made life simpler.

Début mitigé, car notre réservation a été décalée de 3h... par manque de guide français dispo a priori (on ne se plaint pas, car un français s'est vu annuler sa visite à Auschwitz alors que réservation longtemps à l'avance...). Visite intéressante et site impressionnant. Existe une autre visite plus interactive avec simulation d'être mineur (a priori très bien d'après quelqu'un l'ayant fait la veille). Pas de souci avec les marches (env. 900 et que de la descente) et remontée en ascenseur. A faire

Die Salzmine ist äußerst beeindruckend und unbedingt sehenswert. Es sind große Gruppen, die durch die Stollen Termine geschleust werden, aber aufgrund der guten Organisation fällt das nicht so sehr ins Gewicht.

The guides and driver were amazing! It was a lot of stairs but only down so that makes it easier! We loved the history. Would loved to have had a salt taste at the end of the tour.
