Ich hatte einen frühen Flug ab Stansted und war froh, das Ticket schon vorher online zu haben. Der Zug fuhr genau nach Plan, WLAN und Steckdosen waren an Bord, und das Gepäck ließ sich problemlos verstauen. Die Fahrt war ruhig und pünktlich, sodass ich ohne Stress am Terminal ankam. Beim nächsten London-Besuch buche ich das wieder so.

The experience was really good! I was late for my flight and being apple to buy the ticket online and the smoothness of doing so made it a very smooth trip to the airport! Super easy to navigate the app. Highly reccomend for saving time.

Good service, slightly delayed outbound from Liverpool Street, inbound into Liverpool Street was very good.. Had a issue with my ticket QR code coming back into Liverpool Street but the staff helped me out

With these direct one-way or round-trip train tickets, running every 15 minutes, reach your destination in less than an hour. Customers with a round-trip ticket should retain their original ticket to guarantee the return journey.

As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis.

A photo of a valid ID might be required to validate the ticket.

You can carry two medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) or one large suitcase (75cm x 50cm x 32cm), each weighing no more than 20kg, plus a small piece of hand luggage.

There may be extra charges of £8 per bag for excess luggage.

If you're traveling to/from Stratford London, please note that there is no direct train. You'll need to change trains at Tottenham Hale to connect with the Stansted Express. To avoid any delays, we recommend allowing extra time when planning your journey, especially if you're catching a flight.
