The ride was a great experience. The electronicall ticket was working fine and everything went smoothly. In the underground was well signposted. So it's very hard to get lost. I will for sure us the AirPort Express again in the future.

Being able to buy the ticket online is brilliant for me as I get off my inbound flight, pick up my bag, and get on the Airport Express train to Kowloon, walk across to Kowloon West, through immigration, and on a train to China, so easy, very quick job done.
