Getting settled

After clearing passport control and security checks in the International Departures area, follow the signs toward Gates 229-247. The lounge is located on Level 4, so you can take the escalator up, following signs for the “Transfer Lounge.” You will find the entrance near Gates 231 and 247. Present your booking, photo ID, and boarding pass to begin your stay.

Timings

• The lounge is open 24 hours every day.

• The lounge closes temporarily for cleaning every day from 9:30pm to 10pm.

Documents required

• Carry a valid photo ID matching the booking name.

• Also, keep your same-day boarding pass for onward travel at the ready.

Rules & restrictions

• The lounge is situated in the Departures Area, so guests will have to clear passport control and security checks to enter the lounge.

• There is no strict dress code followed in the lounge.
