Our visit to the Palace of Versailles was simply breathtaking—especially for my two children, ages 9 and 13. The history of the place, the magnificent interiors, and the incomparable splendor captivated us all. From the very first glance at the façade, you could sense the enormous scale and the significance that Versailles has held in European history over the centuries. The story of Louis XIV and France’s rise to absolute monarchy is fascinating, and the tour through the state rooms brought those events to life. The child-friendly presentation was very well done: we felt like part of a grand narrative that interwove politics, art, and everyday life. The chronicles, portraits, and historical artifacts brought history to life without getting bogged down in dry details. What particularly impressed us was the decor: The paintings, stucco work, gilded details, and the craftsmanship evident everywhere make Versailles a total work of art. The opulent rooms—from the Hall of Mirrors to the Marble Hall—exude a timeless elegance that still leaves a lasting impression today. For the children, it was fascinating to see how architecture and craftsmanship harmonize to create such a striking atmosphere. The splendor that characterizes Versailles was evident in every corner: chandeliers, stucco work, colorful marble inlays, and the imposing staircases of the past. At the same time, there were subtle rooms and details that radiated tranquility and invited reflection. The blend of overwhelming splendor and carefully designed transitions allowed us to experience the setting as a living stage of a bygone high culture, without feeling overwhelmed. The gardens surrounding the palace were almost magical: wide avenues, symmetrical parterres, fountains, and hidden vistas invited us to take a stroll and offered fantastic photo opportunities. The children were thrilled by the water features and the vast green spaces where they could roam in wonder. Overall, the visit was a wonderful journey through history, art, and nature, which we as a family thoroughly enjoyed. The lines are very long at all tourist attractions. If you buy your ticket through the app, you’re guaranteed entry at your chosen time. There is a separate line for each time slot. I recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the time selected on your ticket so you have time to find the entrance and get in line. The gardens are very large; you can walk, but you also have the option of taking a shuttle for 9 euros per person or renting a golf cart (the price varies depending on the rental duration). It’s a place well worth seeing.

We loved this visit to Palace of Versailles, it was very easy to book and get the tickets, the entrance was smooth, for any reason we were guided to a smaller queue. The palace is enormous and beautiful, plenty of history, art and luxury things for every taste. We enjoyed till last minute the amazing gardens, it's a paradise, we highly recommend this activity and the Headout company.

During our tour of the Louvre Museum, due to an error and the indifference of the Get Your Guide website, we were unable to enter; because of this glitch, we also missed the Versailles tour. It was overall good experience the place is good but seems like we chose the wrong day weather was not at our side. Fountain show was cancelled and we could not take advantage of beautiful garden due to extremely hot weather condition. Headout ticket buying experience and using it always good.

Eiffel Tower Summit

Visit the Eiffel Tower, a cultural and historical icon of Paris. Go on a tour, led by an expert bilingual tour guide (English & French), and learn about the significance of the tower. The Passport ticket includes access to the Musical Fountain and Garden shows. Begin your visit by exploring the ornate King and Queen's State Apartments. Learn about the French monarchy and peek into the private lives of the infamous King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette. Next, make your way to the glittering Hall of Mirrors. Designed to protect the ornate walls and ceilings from smoke, the hall’s 357 mirrors were strategically placed to reflect the light of candles.

After admiring the inside of the Palace, head outdoors and take in the grandeur of the estate’s impressive architecture. Stroll along the cobblestone grounds, through the beautiful French gardens, and pass by the gorgeous Versailles fountains. Next, stop by the Estate of Marie Antoinette and discover the life and antics of the Queen at the Petit Trianon. Walk around the Village of the Queen and English gardens, then see where Marie Antoinette built her own house, a Mill, a Preparation Dairy, a Cave, a Belvedere, and the magnificent Temple of Love where lovers get engage. Eiffel Tower

Please note that you will only be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower Summit at the time chosen during the booking, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance in order to ensure a hassle-free entry.

In rare instances, the Summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other circumstances. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the Summit, even if it reopens during your tour, and you will be provided a refund for the price of Summit access.

Summit Access can no longer be purchased onsite.

Versailles Palace

Tip: It's recommended to visit the Grand Apartments after 3pm and visit the Trianon Palace & Gardens before that.

This ticket is valid for one-time entry only.

With these tickets, you will be able to skip the ticket office and head straight to the entrance at Gate A. However, please know that depending on the day of your visit, there may be a security wait of anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Note that you can only visit the gardens & Trianon Palace before or after the Grand Apartments visit. The time allocated to you grants you a reserved entrance for the Grand Apartments, but you are free to visit the Trianon Palace & gardens whenever you like.
