A Wonderful Birthday Celebration at The Lost World Aquarium. We celebrated our son’s 15th birthday on 6th October at The Lost World Aquarium, and it was truly an amazing and memorable experience for our entire family! From the moment we entered until we left for lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Eatery, every part of the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire visit was enjoyable and filled with special moments that made our celebration even more meaningful. What made the day truly exceptional was the kindness, warmth, and cooperation of the staff at The Lost World Aquarium. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our visit. "An absolute must-do! Entry was smooth and effortless, so we were straight into the fun with no queues or fuss. The interactive tour was brilliant, really engaging and kept everyone hooked. The mermaid show was magical and a real highlight of the day. It's a fantastic family day out with something for all ages, and if you're after something more adventurous, the water park is amazing. The photo ops are great too. The staff said our trident photo was the first of its kind they'd ever seen! We'd happily go back and highly recommend it to anyone!"

It is beautiful visit for kids in the hotel. Huge variety of fishes, and theme is nice. There is valet parking which is nice. We missed the mermaid show as it was scheduled at 5PM and you could finish exploring aquarium within 30 to 45 mins. Overall good one. :)

Our visit to Lost World Aquarium was such a memorable family experience from start to finish. Entry was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything feel easy right from the beginning. The aquarium itself was beautiful, with a lovely variety of sea creatures and underwater displays that kept both the children and adults interested. We especially enjoyed walking around at our own pace and discovering something new in every section. The automatic movement through the landmark made the experience even more enjoyable because we could relax, take in the surroundings, and focus on the exhibits without feeling rushed. You can touch a starfish, but overall the aquarium is rather small. There are jellyfish and large fish, as well as small tanks with little fish.

Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.

It is recommended to avoid wearing heels.

Big bags will not be permitted onboard. However, backpacks and purses will be allowed.

Eating, drinking, and smoking on the flight are not allowed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

The Dubai Balloon

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia or motion sickness.

All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.
