Helmet diving adventure into the blue waters while observing shark feeding

Jaws come to life at Dubai Aquarium’s Shark Encounter. Dive into the water using a helmet and watch the deadly hunters from centimeters away as they swim around your enclosure which lures them in with buckets of dish. This is the first time non-experienced divers have been able to enter the shark feeding area. The enclosure guarantees safety at all points.

Arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled booking time for a brief safety briefing. Learn the various do’s and don'ts of the underwater world, the different hand signs and breathing techniques before you plunge into the deep blue waters. Put on your gear, and descent into the shark pool.

You will observe the sharks from the confines of a clear glass enclosure (trust us, you want this). Buckets of fish will help lure the sharks towards you and you will be able to catch these incredible animals feeding. You will have a helmet to aid your breathing underwater. This experience is so safe that you don’t need professional help, just the safety briefing.

Age Limit
Individuals must be at least 10 years old to partake in experience.

Minimum Requirements
Individuals must have a height of at least 150 cms and shoulder width of 45 cms.

Prebooking
You must book your Shark Encounter experience 48 hours prior to your desired date of the marine encounter.

Timings
Shark Encounter at Dubai Aquarium is held at 2 PM daily. Please Arrive 1 hour prior for a brief safety briefing.

Other Restrictions
Pregnant guests and those with mobility impairments will not be allowed on the experience. Please note - you have to sign a medical form before you’re allowed to be a part of the dive.

Max Group
Only 2 people can enter the enclosure at one time.

How To Use Your Ticket
You will receive your Shark Encounter tickets via email. No need to print. Just show your mobile ticket at the diving experiences zone in Dubai Aquarium

Validity
Your ticket is valid only for the scheduled date and time that you’ve booked.
