Nice app for smooth activity booking, but cancelation and reschedule system be provided I had lost rs. 26000/- INR For your non scheduling policy which wrong and unethical. Hardend money waste Because of your policy. Check my booking burj khalifa+under water zoo+ aquarium dt. 19.10.26 reporting. Wrongly by mistake I had booked for 19.10.26 in place of 19.11.26 as human error, but against that mistake, out 33000/-(+) INR you had return only 8000/-(+) INR. that's not fare. Still any possibility of disbursement of balance 25000/- INR that please do the needful and oblige. Remaining all the services, which you had provided is very nice with best deal and maximum discounted rate. Thanks you

We had a wonderful experience at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with Penguin Cove! The aquarium was amazing, with a fantastic variety of marine life, beautiful underwater views, and fascinating exhibits. The penguin experience was especially memorable and made the visit even more special. The entire attraction was well organized, and the experience was enjoyable for all ages. It was a great way to spend time with family and create beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The Aquarium and Underwater Zoo was extraordinary, but the Burj Khalifa not so much. There's nowhere to sit and have a quiet drink, very uncomfortable. If you want to wait for the sunset, you have to sit on the floor.

Everything went very well, just a very long wait to go up the Burj Khalifa, but that was because one elevator was out of service. But once you reach the top, you forget all about it.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
