• Voucher: Bring your mobile voucher and a valid photo ID for verification at the check-in counter.

• Date: This special program is available only on 24 November 2026, for Loy Krathong Festival.

• Check-in location: Check in at the Chao Phraya Princess counter on the G Floor of ICONSIAM, in the SookSiam Zone behind/next to the NaRaYa store.

• Check-in time: Check in from 6pm to 7pm.

• Boarding point: Board at ICONSIAM Pier 2.

• Cruise time: The cruise operates from 7:30pm to 10:30pm for 3 hours.

• Krathong: Each guest receives 1 complimentary Krathong to participate in the Loy Krathong celebration.

• Children: Children aged 1–3 years can enter free of charge. Child rates apply to children aged 4–10 years.

• Tour guides: Tourist guides are not allowed onboard for this special program.

• Ticket validity: The ticket is valid only for the specified date and time.

• Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

• Menu changes: The menu may change depending on the season and ingredient availability.

• Schedule changes: The cruise schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
