I purchased tkts prior to leaving home and all went perfectly, as Headout described at their website. The Link to Sightseeing Experience app made it easy to follow commentary and orient for all points of interest. The Red and Blue routes were our choices and they coordinated well. Staff were friendly and knew Milan to heart. The CitySightseeing fleet prevailed! Their meeting points were well marked and the buses were scheduled well, with plenty of room. (perhaps the cooler weather helped with traffic numbers).

Your buses are eye catching and easy to sight making it convenient to locate them. The clear commentary and the choice of languages are ample. Overall a great tour with good value for money if you use more than two routes

The driver on the blue line was incredibly nice. He offered to help us catch the last tour on the red line and called ahead to ensure they would wait for us.

This was the best experience. Having all of our travel included was a god send as we used the trams and metro every day out of the 3 days we were there. We also loved the attractions included. We managed to do the Leonardo science museum as our own premium activity, as well as the included castle, aquarium and duomo rooftop terrace. All amazing! The highlight though was definitely our evening at the spa. It was the most magical and relaxing experience. I loved every single minute of it. There's 30 different rooms and you even get a buffet and wine! Truly romantic.

Milan HO HO ticket was most convenient to see the city and finally get dropped off at the Centrale. We got to see Duomo and the Leonardo 3 Mueum. Most enjoyable day . Packed but convenient as left Milan by an evening flight. Thank you Headout!

You could see all the sights, and you could get on or off at many stops—it was very well organized. Sometimes the headphones didn't work, or the commentary didn't start until after we had already passed the sight.

The headphones don't always work great! The lower deck isn't recommended because the view is very limited.
