Hop-on Hop-off Tours Milan

I bought the 48-hour pass and it was worth it—not only did I get to see the sights, but I also used it to get around the city! It’s more fun than the subway. On hot days, I recommend sitting on the lower level, since it has air conditioning. The staff are very polite and always kind.

The tour was relaxed. Not too fast. When the bus was busy with people pushing in to the queue we waited for 2nd bus and always got a seat. The routes were great. Lots of places to see. One issue was the cramming to get on. But customers need to learn how to queue.

Buying tickets online was easy and affordable, although I think it would be better if you didn’t have to download two apps just to visit a single attraction. It would have been most convenient if the ticket had worked via the QR code in the email, and the audio guide had also worked by scanning QR codes in the rooms (at times, it wasn’t clear which one to listen to). Additionally, there was no information anywhere about the need to activate the ticket and pick up a paper ticket at a location outside the venue.

We are very pleased and delighted with our experience at the Milan Cathedral. It is definitely something worth seeing and capturing as a keepsake.

Touring the roof with my son was an unforgettable experience. The sites of the city and hundreds of sculptures on the spiders are remarkable.
