After completing the skydive, I was really looking forward to receiving my photos and videos so that I could keep those memories forever. Unfortunately, none of my photos or videos were delivered because they were lost. I am extremely upset and disappointed about this situation, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I was informed that a complimentary skydive might be offered as compensation, but I have not received any update regarding this yet.IIshita S
