My experience visiting Park Güell and Casa Batlló was unforgettable. Both places showcase Antoni Gaudí’s incredible creativity and attention to detail in completely different ways. Lovely locations to visit. Disappointed that at Casa Battlo the staff didn't understand the ticketing. The ticket said the app was useful and gave the app download as a link, I said I didn't want the app and didn't feel the ticket was saying the app was essential. Basically Headout is trying to force us/you/one to get the app but it's not essential. Just need to click on the right links in the email to get the tickets. Parc Guell didn't need the app, but the tickets were sent by email. Both places are well worth a visit and are even within walking distance (20-30mins walk between them).

Park Güell

Entry at Park Güell is timed, and you must visit at the time slot selected while booking your tickets.

Children under the age of 6 can enter for free, but must have a ticket. You can book their tickets during checkout!

Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.

Children under the age of 6 must always be accompanied by an adult.

You can carry food and drinks into Park Güell, but keep in mind that they can only be consumed in the designated picnic spots.
