Arrive at the historic Palais Auersperg, where your entry grants you access to the Imperial Gala Concert. Present your ticket at the entrance and proceed to your assigned seat in the concert hall. Settle in and take in the ornate Baroque surroundings as the evening’s performance is about to begin.

What's not allowed:

Age restriction: Children under 5 years old are not permitted.

Accessibility:

Not wheelchair accessible: Due to the historic, listed architecture of Palais Auersperg, there is no lift, and the grand staircase to the first floor must be accessed on foot.

Additional information:

Cloakroom: Coats, bags, and rucksacks must be stored in the cloakroom for fire safety reasons. A fee of €2 per person applies.

Concert timings: The concert starts at 8pm and ends at approximately 9:45pm, with a 25-minute interval after the first half.

Concert-only tickets: Arrive by 7:30pm to take your seat before the concert begins.

Dinner & Concert tickets: The Palais opens at 6pm. Arrive by 6:15pm for dinner (as per option selected), served from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The concert hall opens at 7:45pm.

Late arrivals: Late entry is only permitted at suitable moments, such as during applause, to avoid disrupting the performance.

Refreshments: Fresh rolls are available before, during, and after the concert.

Dietary requirements: Share any vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, or allergy-related requirements when booking (as per option selected)

Parking: Several car parks are available in the immediate vicinity.

Public transport: Volkstheater (U2/U3) is a 5-minute walk away, tram 46 at Auerspergstraße stops directly opposite, and buses 13A and 48A stop at Volkstheater, about a 4-minute walk away.
