It was very pleasant and reassuring to buy tickets in advance, knowing the exact time I was supposed to enter and knowing that I wouldn't have to wait in the long line you see in the photo. It was a very beautiful experience as the exterior of the entire building is very fascinating. I have never seen a house so functional and nature friendly. People must have love living in the house. The attic and and terrace is amazing, you can immediately feel the air the way it is designed which gives it an harmony's pathway so that nothing is obstructed and it can pass though it in a natural way.

The aquarium is wonderful, visually perfectly designed. Especially the opportunity to watch and photograph the fish from below, swimming over my head. There is even a small octopus, which I hadn't seen in other aquariums. A wonderful, aesthetic, and unforgettable experience. The zoo was a disappointment due to the small number of animals, with some being absent and the main building closed. I thought that such a big city would have a correspondingly large zoo, which is why I bought us tickets for two days of sightseeing.

Casa Batlló is a stunning house, but it was very crowded. Entry went very smoothly with the tickets we reserved in advance; we were even allowed to enter with the 10:00 a.m. group instead of the 10:15 a.m. one.

The aquarium is large and very well designed. We had fun looking for the different fish in their thoughtfully designed habitats. The shark tunnel is exceptional because you can see the rays and sharks from below. The interactive exhibits found throughout the tour allow both children and adults to learn while having fun.

I was captivated by Antonio Gaudí’s architecture; his works are enchanting. However, both attractions were overcrowded. I would have preferred a more exclusive reservation system that allowed small groups to fully enjoy the experience.

Casa Batlló

While it primarily served as the residence of the Batlló family, it also has rented housing that is sewn together by a magnificent entrance that you won't miss. Its facade is sprinkled with bits of blue, mauve and green, giving you an unforgettable sight and is a testament to Gaudí's mastery.

While you enter this unconventional building, you will benefit from an audio guide that will give you everything you need to know about Gaudí's ingenious work. Your ticket also includes access to Gaudí Cube (360°), with which you can enjoy a unique glimpse into the master architecture's mind.

Barcelona Zoo

Located in the heart of the city at Ciutadella Park, a visit to the Barcelona Zoo is ideal for a family day out. It hosts over 400 species of mammals, reptiles, and birds, including some that are rare and endangered. The Zoo has been divided into 11 distinct spaces, each housing certain related species. The Land of Dragons, for instance, is dedicated to a set of animals native to the Asia Pacific, especially the Komodo dragons that it is named after. At the Terrarium, see one of the most varied collections of amphibians and reptiles in all of Europe including iguanas, poison dart frogs, boa constrictors, and pythons!

The primate enclosure was inaugurated in 2006 and is dedicated solely to gorillas, the primates that are closest in nature and biology to human beings. There’s also Aquarama, the zoo's colony of sea lions. The large circular tank of water that houses the sea lions is three stories high and holds two and a half million liters of water. The first floor of Aquarama is also home to a number of species native to the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts.

The Zoo can be accessed by guests with disabilities and reduced mobility. Wheelchairs can also be rented.
