Our experience with the service and the Server were GREAT. We opted for the Premium service. This was the first time that we used Brightline. So of course, we were gently informed that we sat in the wrong seats. But after moving to the assigned seats, it couldn't have been better. Talking about the convenience of using the train with a "regular" commuter, she said her mantra is "Brightline, take the wheel!" If I lived in Florida, I would adopt that approach too!

My experience today traveling from Miami to Orlando with Brightline was outstanding from start to finish. The boarding process was incredibly smooth, organized, and stress-free, which already sets it apart from other transportation options. The comfort throughout the journey was impressive — spacious seats, a clean and quiet environment, and very friendly staff. Punctuality is another highlight, especially for those who value their time. The onboard connectivity worked well, allowing me to stay productive during the trip.
