Our family of five had an amazing day at Universal Epic Universe! It isn't easy to find a place that keeps a 16-year-old and two young boys (ages 5 and 4) equally entertained, but Epic Universe exceeded every expectation. The park was beautiful, clean, and incredibly immersive. Our daughter loved the thrill rides, while our boys were amazed by the attractions and character experiences. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and every area felt like its own adventure. Most importantly, we made unforgettable family memories together. Epic Universe truly offers something for everyone, and we can't wait to visit again!

Had the most amazing day out at Universal, all 14 of us with ages varying from 7 to 70. All experiences were loved by all, including The Blues Brothers and street dancing. Various places to eat and drink both in and outside of the park along City Walk. A lot less stressful than Disney.

This is the new measure for Adventure parks. The child swap policy is amazing! We have a five year old and this policy made the trip more enjoyable for all. Every ride we went on had a family area for the non riders to wait with one parent and then took there turn to ride. More for your money. The worlds are so immersive I cannot overstate how great the experience is.

Everything went really well—the rides were excellent, especially the 3D ones. The only downside was that the Men in Black ride was closed and we couldn't do the closing activity at the end due to technical issues.

What to bring

Dress comfortably—think breathable t-shirts, shorts or light pants, and comfy walking shoes or sneakers. Pro tip: Pack a poncho if you’re planning to hit the water rides.

Accessibility

Strollers aren’t allowed in most attraction queues, but don’t worry—each one has a designated stroller parking spot near the entrance.

Trained service animals are welcome to join you in the parks.

Ride requirements vary, especially for guests using mobility devices. If you can transfer to the ride seat on your own or with help from someone in your group, you’re good to go.

It is only valid on the specific date you choose when booking, and it expires the next day.

The Hogwarts™ Express can only be used for the 1-Day 2-Parks ticket.

The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Standard entry requires a biometric scan.

Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kids under 14 need to be accompanied by someone 14 years or older who meets the ride’s requirements.
