Everything was perfect. We got in right away—no waiting, just a quick check of our bags and tickets—and then the *Little Prince* exhibition: not many people around noon. It was wonderful; I thought the projection and the music were magnificent—it really moved me!!!

A warm welcome at the Bassin des Lumières! I was asked for my opinion on the Headout ticketing service. I shared how satisfied I was! As for the Bassin des Lumières, this wasn’t my first time there. I must say that since I’m familiar with how the venue works, I was able to appreciate the various scenes depending on the location. You could watch the entire show from the bleachers or inside the cistern in addition to wandering around. It’s possible since there’s no time limit! The Little Prince is perfectly illustrated, with music that carries you and transports you throughout the show. The philosophical approach is far more elaborate than in the school presentation many of us experienced as children. Some scenes transport you to a truly unique world. It really gets under your skin, and at times you even feel a kind of euphoria. Definitely worth seeing again!

I didn't come because I live in Toulouse, and I didn't want to make the trip in this heat wave with my car's air conditioning broken. I decided to play it safe. But I'm upset because I really wanted to see this exhibition. I didn't realize I was eligible for a refund, and on top of that, I didn't know how to go about getting one.
