The security staff gave us a very warm welcome. We were quickly directed to the gift shop, where the tour began. The guide was very pleasant, despite having pulled an all-nighter after the concert... Our 8-year-old son was amazed to be able to visit the players’ locker rooms 😝🙈 he was over the moon. Thank you! A happy Belgian family heading home 😝

Our tour guide knew a great deal about the stadium and was also able to answer Feagen’s questions along the way. It was very interesting to take a look inside the national soccer team’s locker rooms. Unfortunately, the field was being prepared for an event at the time, so we weren’t able to go out onto it. The tour was very entertaining. Thank you

We decided to take the English tour because, unfortunately, there wasn’t one in German, so we had to translate everything for the kids (ages 6 and 10). I think it would be really cool if there were tours in German 2–3 times a week—we weren’t the only ones. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and found it interesting!

We loved the concept of this tour. I'm not talking about the scope of the tour, but really the energy of our guide. The prison, the little stories, the penalty shootout, entering the field, and the good humor—it was both funny and very interesting. So congratulations to our guide.

Very good just a little too much shopping and too much jostling, I think that we were too much to go so quickly in the visit but I do not regret it was good and the reception was good.

Our guide was amazing but there were nearly 3 other groups in the museum and hardly any aircon, it wasn't a nice feeling. Throughout the tour there is nowhere to sit down apart from at the very beginning when you are over looking the pitch. A lot of people were frustrated with this. Not a bad tour but expected better than this.
