Asking what u lived must us presumptive. The puck up time was incorrect meaning we stood around for over an hour from 6.45am. Then there were only single seats available for the entire day. I was with my granddaughter and we missed being able to chat. However, Leila, our tour guide was magnificent. Very knowledgable and inclusive. The experiences were fabulous.

Driver TOMI was awesome!! But the drop off spot for river cruise is the narrow roadside.. have to walk on the road to get to the boat.. it's DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE!! Something needs to be done..

The tour operated by Cairns Adventure Group started really well, and there were some lovely moments throughout the day. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected traffic delay of around 45 minutes involving a large truck on a very narrow road. Our guide, Loki, explained that this was the first time he had encountered this situation, and I appreciate that it was outside his control. However, after the delay, he became noticeably quieter and the remainder of the tour felt rushed. We had less time than I had hoped to enjoy Cape Tribulation, which was a highlight I was particularly looking forward to. We did still visit the ice creamery, which I enjoyed. My feedback is about how the situation was handled afterwards. Clearer communication about the revised schedule and maintaining the same level of engagement would have helped us enjoy the remaining stops, even with less time available. Overall, there was plenty to enjoy, but the rushed experience after the delay was disappointing.

Please note a beginner's level of fitness is required. The coach has some steps, and passengers will board/disembark multiple times. The boardwalk tour through the rainforest with your guide is very leisurely and is approximately a 1km round trip. If you prefer to wait for the group to return, there is a seating area at the entrance of this boardwalk.
