Entry was really smooth, all the staff were really friendly and funny. The venue was laid out really well with some cool exhibits. We paid extra for the roof top bar which had a lovely view and allowed you to try different heinekens which was very cool.

I twisted my knee on the way to this excursion making me late. I almost didn't even try to go, but I thought... at least I can do the Heineken Experience. Well it was FABULOUS! Sepp and Frost checked me in, gave me ice for my knee and Sepp escorted me through on a wheelchair. I met Mia, Violeta and Jakub as well who were amazing people. Unfailingly kind is an understatement. "Proust!!!!" To the Heineken family for their legacy of fantastic beer but also for their people. They are amazing!

A brewery tour with a twist. A mix of activities, a bit of history, a bit of the art of brewing, and a bit of a show to experience and help shape yourself. The beer was delicious, and the tour’s finale in the cellar was the perfect finishing touch. Although we were the oldest at 70, we felt right at home among the younger crowd.

We had no expectations for both, but they were wow and 100% worth it. The Heineken experience blew our minds. 😁🤯 The Ice bar is really extremely cold 🥶, but you can survive 10-15 minutes. The drinks were very tasty.

The organization, reception, and support went smoothly; the venues are well-equipped and make a positive impression on visitors. The explanations were a bit brief, and the history could have been presented in more detail. The explanations could be delivered at a slightly slower pace so that non-English speakers can also follow along better. The tour flow was well-planned and provided a very vivid tour of the production facility. The rooftop terrace was pleasant and a great experience.
