The information on the ticket and tivo about the stop should be clearer and updated with the various exits. I arrived at Malpensa T2 and on the ticket it stated the stop at the T1 exit. However, the bus also went through T2 so I lost about 40 minutes for the internal transfer which however did not serve.

The Terravision office is located inside the Arrivals Area of Terminal 1 (between the door n° 7 and the door n° 8). The office is open 365 days between 6:30am and 8:30pm.

If traveling to the airport, it is recommended to choose a bus that will arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time to allow time for check-in.

Children aged under 4 years and under do not need a ticket.
