Getting settled

Once you pass through passport control into the airside International Departures area, follow the signs toward the West Wing. Head up to the 4th floor, where you will find the lounge located opposite the Information Desk, near Gate 29. Present your booking, valid photo ID, and same-day boarding pass at the entrance to begin your stay.

Timings

• The lounge is open 24 hours every day.

• The lounge closes temporarily for daily cleaning from 9:30pm to 10pm.

Documents required

• A valid photo ID matching the booking name is required to enter the lounge.

• Also, carry a same-day boarding pass for onward travel.

Rules & restrictions

• The lounge is situated in the Departures Area, so guests must clear passport control and security checks before entering.

• There is no dress code in the lounge.
