Getting settled

Once you pass through passport control into the airside International Departures Area, head to the East Wing. You can find the lounge located on the 4th floor, near Gate 254. Simply present your booking, valid photo ID, and same-day boarding pass at the entrance to check in before settling into the lounge.

Timings

• The lounge is open 24 hours daily, and only temporarily closes for maintenance purposes between 9:30pm and 10pm.

Documents required

• Carry a valid photo ID matching your booking name.

• Also, have a same-day boarding pass for onward travel ready to present at the lounge entrance.

Rules & restrictions

• The lounge is situated in the Departures Area, so you will have to clear security and passport control formalities before entering.

• There is no strict dress code, so you can dress comfortably as you’d prefer.
