It is a very pleasant & comfortable lounge, we enjoyed our stay of about 4 & 1/2 hours there. Drinks availability was great as were the food items. Far better than the Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore, where we stayed for several hours on our outward journey.

Service was very friendly and efficient. Was very nice to be able to shower between flights during a long layover. Also was offered and accepted a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage which was appreciated. Food was sufficient but not a lot of variety but quite ok. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were enjoyed by us. Overall would definitely book the lounge again for a long layover. Was relaxing. Thank you

Really enjoyed my time at Plaza Premium Lounge. The place was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to relax before my flight. The food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a good place to chill before boarding.

We loved all the different areas to sit. The service was excellent. The bathroom attendant was exceptional and showers perfect. Great food although some fruit would have been appreciated. Would definitely come again

I had a very pleasant 12-hour stay at the airport lounge, and overall, it was a great experience. The lounge provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, which made the long wait between flights much easier. The seating was comfortable, the facilities were clean, and having access to food, drinks, Wi-Fi, and a quiet space to rest was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Spending 12 hours in an airport can be exhausting, but the lounge made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great place to relax, refresh, and recharge before continuing my journey. Overall, I would definitely recommend this lounge, especially for passengers with a long layover.

I had booked the lounge online which was slightly cheaper than booking at the counter. I was expecting a bed to take a nap since my layover was 14 hours and I booked the lounge for 12 hours. I had a bed last time at a different lounge which was very comfortable. Here they had only small single lounge chairs which was not comfortable. They should have at least provided pool side lounges which would have helped to take a nap. Also the area was too noisy and crowded. The food was ok, nothing special.

Staff didn't seem to understand what gluten free was. Contradicting views on what I could and couldn't eat between wait staff and the chef. I therefore didn't feel confident in eating anything which was a waste of money as I wouldn't have used the lounge otherwise
