We had an amazing time at Petrosains! The dinosaur and robot exhibits were my kids' absolute favorites — so interactive and engaging. The Go Green section was a wonderful surprise, teaching sustainability in a fun way. Headout made the booking process seamless with instant confirmation. A perfect educational day out for the whole family. Will definitely return

Entry was Swiftly- the tix booking were simple
Suggestions- the capsule could have been more interactive with young adults and kids -making sure they understand the whole message shared- make it make sense and interesting
also there should be more interactive activities for kids as well as they capture their learning by not just reading but by understanding how it works
i would prefer by the time of opening time there's a team to help engage with visitors in explaining more on the particular station

It was extraordinary. No words. There was issue of one ticket and it seemed impossible for us to visit today. But glad that your team worked amazingly and gave asome support, arranged the ticket for us which was highly immposible. Hats of and thanks to the team.

Very well organized visit. You always see the Twin Tower in the centre of KL and finally we went up there. Weather was sunny and bright, goid view!

The booking process was very simple.
The written confirmation arrived promptly, and everything went smoothly today when I redeemed the combo ticket.
I had booked the Petronas Towers for 10:30 a.m., and it was very empty...meaning there was plenty of space, peace and quiet for the tour, and NO crowds jostling for the best photo spots, for example.
I then visited the KL Tower at dusk. No crowds there either, but it was busier than at the Twin Towers in the morning.
Still, dusk is the best time...when the sun slowly sets and the lights gradually come on at the same time.

The ambience was great, the view from this high is truly something to dream about. The food was excellent. Covered every aspect of fine dining. The main dish that captured my attention was the creamy seafood. It was splendid.

It was a great experience to see the different species of aquatic animals. I saw sharks, octopus etc. I connected with nature and it felt amazing to see how some of the endangered species were protected.
