• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.
• Sharp objects, weapons, penknives, scissors, and items that could be used as weapons are strictly prohibited.
• Food and drinks not for personal consumption, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted.
• Consumption of food and drink is not permitted in the great hall or exhibition rooms.
• Professional media, photography, and recording equipment are not allowed. Photography is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Recreational transport (bicycles, skateboards, scooters), folding bikes, roller-skates, large umbrellas, paints/aerosols, animals (except registered service animals), and items producing excessive noise are not allowed.
• Items, clothing, or banners containing religious, political, provocative, or obscene content are prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted except in designated areas.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Any objects or materials considered disruptive, dangerous, or contrary to the proper operation of the museum are not allowed.

• The museum operates a timed-entry system; entry begins from 10am with the last slot at 6pm.
