We get there on a Thursday morning @ 10am from Krakov via bus with no hassle. The place is spacious, clean and very organised. The water temperature was perfect with great jacuzzi.

This was my second visit. I love it. All the pools are well-maintained and clean. The water is wonderful—great temperature. The water jets are super. It is very clean despite the huge crowds, even on a weekday. Highly recommend.

Technical break: Chocholow Thermal Baths will be closed from 16 March to 26 March for a scheduled technical break.

Ticket during closure: During this period, your skip-the-line 3-hour ticket will instead be valid for Gorący Potok Thermal Baths.

Extra pool fee: Use of the professional swimming pool requires a one-time surcharge of 15 PLN per person.

Saunarium fee: Entry to the Saunarium non-textile zone for guests 18 and above requires a one-time surcharge of 40 PLN per person.

Late exit fee: If you leave the facility 15 minutes after closing, a fee of 15 PLN per person applies for each additional 5 minutes.
