Communication was not clear, probably on my part. We thought we were meeting a guide, but it was fine. Once we figured out that the passport tickets were in an email and we sent that email to my daughter who had internet, we were able to show the tickets at the gate within the time frame for getting in. We had to pay an extra few Euros to go the gardens.

We got in really quickly—since I’d already bought the ticket through the app—and had no trouble getting in. The only downside was that we didn’t get an audio guide, but in the end it wasn’t a problem because if you like art and have heard of some of the painters and sculptors, you’ll enjoy spending over three hours inside the museum. You enter through the Sally Hall, and they ask you to scan the QR code sent by the app itself, so from there you can start enjoying the entire museum. The map in Spanish (my native language) tells you which room to go to, and before you know it, you’re standing in front of the Mona Lisa. Then you go down the stairs, and the sculpture gallery is (in my opinion) the highlight of the museum, passing through the paintings by Italian artists—it’s huge! If you can schedule a visit in the morning, that’s best, because the groups that start pouring in suddenly don’t let you admire everything you come across along the way. It’s definitely a great app for getting into the museum—it’s worth noting that this alone is enough to enjoy everything it has to offer. I highly recommend it—you go at your own pace, taking in everything it has to offer, and before you know it, you’ve been inside for three hours! I bought the ticket the day before and it was the only slot available—is it worth it? Yes, it takes a little while for them to send you the codes so you can enter, but it’s very secure and reliable. I definitely recommend it—it’s fast and they accept all credit cards. Don’t hesitate to get your tickets here.

Our visit to the Palace of Versailles was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the historical, artistic, and cultural significance of one of France’s most iconic sites. Walking through its halls, admiring the majesty of the Hall of Mirrors, and strolling through its perfectly designed gardens is an experience that truly impresses and transports you to another era. In addition to the incomparable beauty of the place, we want to highlight the excellent service and organization we experienced throughout the entire visit. We loved the way we were treated and how smooth the entire entry process was. We purchased our tickets through Headout, and honestly, it was the right choice. Everything was very well coordinated, with clear information, quick access, and service that allowed us to enjoy the visit without any worries or setbacks. Versailles is not just a palace; it is a masterpiece that reflects power, art, history, and elegance in every detail. Each space tells a story and leaves a sense of admiration that is hard to describe. It is definitely a destination that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. We are so grateful to both the staff at the Palace of Versailles and Headout for making this experience memorable, comfortable, and perfectly organized. Without a doubt, it’s a visit that will remain etched in our memories forever.

The ticket is in time. Although I have been late they accepted me in the entrance of Versailles. The narrator of the guide was perfect. But my mobiles buttery have been finished before the end of the guided tour and I had problem with that because I didn't have mobile access for the rest of the day!! Only 12% buttery it's not safe for my life if I was going to have help for something!!
