About the rides

Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge is the world's first interactive Mario Kart-themed ride where you go on an arduous journey with Mario and Peach while managing to fire shells at opponents and collecting gold coins.

Hollywood Dream: The Ride is a rollercoaster that offers you the thrill of flying while listening to some catchy music. If rollercoasters are not your jam, you can choose to go on the JAWS instead, an immersive experience where you try to outsmart terrifying sharks!

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ takes you on a five-minute magical journey that takes you across the dark corners of the wizarding world with the help of robotic arms, and 4K-HD visuals.

Chainsaw Man: The Chaos 4-D brings to life characters from the popular manga Chainsaw Man who take on zombie-infested streets in an immersive 4D cinema!

What's not allowed

Keep in mind drones , food & beverages, toys resembling weapons, and large luggage are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed in most parts of the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

To use the "Area Timed Entry Ticket" at Universal Studios Japan, you must reserve a specific time slot either before your visit or on the day you arrive.

You can make this reservation through the Universal Studios Japan official app or at a kiosk within the park.

Guests cannot select their preferred entry time for each ride.

Before the visit, guests are requested to check the Universal Studios Japan website for the timings of various rides as they are subject to change.

Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass. -Entry times to the Super Nintendo World™ and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are randomly assigned by Universal Studios Japan. Be present during the assigned time to ensure entry.

The minimum height requirement for Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is 122cm.

Attractions may be closed on certain days for maintenance.

Operation of attractions is subject to change without prior notice or liability. -Each Express Pass for closed attractions allows you to experience one of the designated attractions and reach out to on-site staff.
