The mines are definitely worth seeing—they're amazing, and the work the miners did is incredible; we didn't have enough time to visit the museum because the driver was waiting for us.

The service wasn't what I expected
The bus wasn't clearly marked, and there was a large crowd that wouldn't let anyone get on.
In the end, everyone got on and had to stand the whole trip.
Nowhere did it say the name of the booking company

Our guide was very well informed about the story for both entities and we didn't feel how much time has passed. As recomendation for tourists - take your time and read something in advance, it will help you better understand the terrible times Poland has faced.

Put 5 starrs by accident and could not change. Our driver could not communicate in English and nobody had a clue of the timeline of the day. Suggesting to create an audio message to be played for your paying guests to let them know what to expect during the daily itinerary.
