Train trips so far have been relatively straight forward although not all services offer 1st class or seat reservations so some legs of journey have been standing room only

I have a 15-day pass valid for 2 months, and I've visited 6 countries. Planning the trip and choosing the trains was very easy—it didn't take us more than 15 minutes, even though we took an overnight train. The hard part has been reserving seats—we have a first-class pass, and reservations can’t be made online; you have to do them at the station before traveling, and at some stations they told us it has to be done on the same day. On the overnight train, they sent us to second class. Beautiful sunset at Burgas Station—a lovely, friendly city; I highly recommend its beaches and the food.

It wasn't pleasant having to go all the way to a train station (Roma Terminal) to buy tickets—the app wouldn't let me reserve seats. It was even more frustrating to find out at customer service that they didn't handle this, and on top of that, there were language barriers.

Our initial train was cancelled, but with rail planner we were able to immediately find and book a new ticket. It was also easy to show our tickets to the train conductor with the app.

Loved traveling first class on the TGV train from Switzerland to Paris! It was a GREAT experience. Although several of the toilets were out of order, it was a pleasant way to travel.

The Eurial Global Flexible Pass has been easy to use and manage my tickets. It's nice that you can use one day and take multiple trains within that day (very helpful when you have missed your prior train). It provides most of the platform numbers at each station. Only thing I can say that I wish was better about it is that, it would be nice if there was a better list of train station names for cities (got on train to another part of the city)
