Highly recommended 💯... Definitely the best way to plan your itinerary for leisure or business travel. The app and website are very intuitive and always provide all the information you need to decide on the best schedule. Although there’s still room for automation, it’s by far the best way to have your train trips in Europe right at your fingertips, whether for open-seat trips or those requiring reservations.

It's been great—the trains are good, fast, and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, restrooms, and places to charge your phone, and when there are delays, they post announcements. So it's a mode of transportation I'll definitely use again on my next trips. I recommend it.

Good afternoon, In France, we were charged very high fees for our reservations. The Raíl Planer pass doesn’t appear on the TGVINOUI website, so we’ve had to go to the stations well in advance to secure our reservations. We’ve missed trains because of this situation. I hope that when we arrive in Spain tomorrow, we won’t continue to be charged such high fees on top of the pass. Thank you very much

Train service was great. As an American, all information was also available in English. Staff was courteous. Train was clean organized and quiet. Only downside was an almost 3 hour delay not related to the train service itself
