We had a fantastic experience visiting St. Mark’s Basilica. Our guide was excellent – very knowledgeable, easy to understand and with a great sense of humour. She brought the history of the basilica to life, from the mosaics and domes to the stories behind St. Mark’s relics and the golden altarpiece. The tour was well structured and perfectly timed. We never felt rushed, yet we managed to see all the highlights, including the Pala d’Oro and the terrace with its beautiful views over Piazza San Marco and the lagoon. The guide always made sure everyone in the group could follow along and was happy to answer questions. Overall, this was one of the best guided tours we have taken. The combination of clear explanations, interesting anecdotes and time to enjoy the art and architecture made the visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this guide and tour to anyone who wants to discover St. Mark’s Basilica in an engaging and enjoyable way.

Genial. A la hora indicada estabamos en la plaza de San Marco, los chicos de la agencia nos distribuyeron por grupos segun el guia que teniamos y nos repartieron los auriculares.y nos dieron el tiket de entrada. Nuestra guia en particular Cinthia, super bien. Entramos en la Basilica por la fila de los grupos con guia, mas rapido, y ademas Cinthia nos explicó un monton de cosas antes de entrar y una vez dentro. Recomendable 100%

Skip the line is a must for the basilica, especially in the hot sun. It was a quick and effortless entry, and our guide was lovely and informative. She took us around in about 30 minutes, explaining the history which I didn't know much about so it was very interesting. The only thing was that we paid for an audioguide, and then didn't use it because our guide was so good, which was slightly frustrating when we downloaded an app and everything unnecessarily.

Venice, beautiful experience. emotion and relaxation. For Basilica San Marco, very good organization at the meeting point. Punctuality and professionalism. for the Doge's Palace we caught a time when there were no queues, so we considered that skip the line tickets were not necessary. In addition, we did not see an area marked for such tickets. the 48-hour subscription is only necessary if you go to the islands on both days, otherwise I think only the 24-hour one was more appropriate. The difference between the 2 is 10 euros, and 10.50 euros means 7 tickets for public transport, that is, going by bus/vaporetto, local, almost 9 hours... impossible to stay in both means of transport.. overall ok, I recommend.. if I were to return, I would do the same, I would buy such a package. At St. Mark's Basilica it would be good to have tickets for all areas, the golden wall and the loggia with the horses

Our first tour time we selected and it was cancelled but we were given the option to join the in person tour instead of the audio guided tour. I highly recommend doing the guided tour, you can ask questions in real time and it's only an hour. Our tour guide was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!
