The experience was wonderful. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. We were picked up by Agus, who was punctual, friendly, and welcoming. Once we arrived at the jeep meeting point, our driver, Risky, took over and drove us safely and confidently up the mountain. Don't let his name fool you—he's an incredibly kind and careful driver! :) At the top, he went above and beyond to help us capture beautiful photos so we could preserve the memories of this amazing experience. The sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. Even though there were many people and jeeps on the mountain, you hardly noticed them once the sun began to rise and the incredible view took over. After the sunrise, we visited the Black Lava area, which was formed by the volcanic eruption. The scenery there was stunning. We then continued to a coffee plantation, where we had the opportunity to sample different varieties of coffee while enjoying a beautiful view over the forest. I highly recommend this tour. It was an unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing day exploring Bali! Our guide, Ronald, was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He accompanied us throughout the day, was always happy to answer our questions, and even had great taste in music, which made the time spent in the car so much fun. The jeep tour on the volcano was a highlight of the trip. Our drivers, Rode and Nova, were very skilled, kind, and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. A tip for future visitors: definitely follow the guides' advice! They told us to bring warm clothes because it gets a bit cold on the volcano, and they were absolutely right. We were also traveling with our grandmother, and everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful with her, which made the experience even more special. A big thank you to Ronald for guiding us through such a memorable day, from the volcano to the beautiful rice terraces and coffee plantations. We highly recommend this tour!

Gita super emozionante!!! Il driver Dek Astra è venuto a prenderci in hotel e ci ha accompagnato al punto d'incontro. Ragazzo molto simpatico e professionale. Arrivati ci hanno offerto una bevanda calda con biscotti. Poi Gree, il conducente della jeep e nostra guida, ci ha accompagnato fino al punto dove abbiamo aspettato l'alba. Ha spiegato un pó di cose sul monte e l'ultima eruzione e ha fatto anche delle foto, molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato la colazione che abbiamo gustato aspettando l'alba...spettacolo meraviglioso! Poi siamo andati alla caldera di lava, posto incredibile. Ultima tappa la piantagione di caffè dove abbiamo assaggiato vari tipi di tè e caffè... buonissimi! Infine Dek Astra ci ha riaccompagnato in hotel. Esperienza davvero bella. La consiglio assolutamente.

Booked last minute as a spur of the moment thing as we were flying in midnight and didn't want to waste the morning - perfect trip for the occasion! The driver, Rama was incredibly understanding after we had minor delay to the flight and worked with us to accomodate the pickup, and we felt safe to sleep in the journey to and from the base site. Pur, our 4x4 driver was amazing, very easy to talk to and was so patient and helpful, communicated every leg of the journey & was more than happy to answer questions and take some epic pics. Defo recommend if its a nice morning with minimal clouds forecast. If youre a coupke or just want to unwind & watch the world wake up.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our tour! Huge shoutout to our jeep driver, Angga, who was fantastic. Not only was he a great driver, but he is also an incredibly talented photographer and videographer. He took the most beautiful sunrise photos and videos for us! Our pickup driver, Ronald, was just as wonderful. He helped us take photos at different stops and captured some nice videos for us, too. On top of that, he kept us fully entertained throughout the car ride by playing Chinese songs! Thank you so much, Angga and Ronald, for capturing our memories so perfectly and making our trip so special. Highly recommend them both!

The tour was well organised. Our driver Kadek, was punctual and friendly. He worked hard to entertain us on the trip. He is a local man and was able to answer questions about local culture. We even drove through his village on the way to the coffee plantation. Kadek was happy to wait as long as we needed at the hot springs and the coffee stop. We arrived in plenty of time for the sunrise, which was beautiful. Our guide (also named Kadek) took us to a quieter space with a great view and away from the jeeps. We avoided the queues, drones and noise. The hot springs were excellent. This was a very good choice, highly recommended.

Amazing Mount Batur trip! The sunrise was beautiful. Our trekking guide, Astrawan, was kind, friendly, and very helpful. Our jeep guide was also great, even though I don't know his name. Both of them helped us throughout the trip and took awesome pictures for us. Thank you for making our experience so special. Highly recommend!

Un très agréable moment et le plus vrai levée de soleil de notre vie. Toute l'équipe était au top depuis le départ de l'hôtel jusqu'au retour. Un slut spécial à Putrawan notre chauffeur pour sa gentillesse, sa patience et surtout son professionnalisme
