The process of Booking the Matina Gold Lounge was very easy and the process of using tickets stored in the app to enter the lounge was seamless. The lounge itself was very nice. It's worth it to pay more for the gold lounge than use the regular Matina Lounge.

The app was good, payment was quick and seamless. The Lounge I was purchasing entry for needed a QR code to scan for entry, and one was not available in my email or app confirmation. We were finally able to look up the payment information, but Headout can improve by checking their compliance with the actual venues for entry.
