Arrived slightly early but no issues, fantastic interactions from start to finish, served the purpose and made me jump a few times. Overall fantastic entertainment and would highly recommend, even if we did get wet a few times

Wexhad a great day at York Dungeons, from start to finish. Easy receipt of tickets, easy entry , only 15-20 people per slot, so there was no queuing.
Actors were fantastic and the actual rooms were really professionally built.
Overall 10/10. Top day out for adults and kids (8 yrs +)

All the staff were very friendly and helpful straight from those on the door to those in the gift shop. All the "characters" played their parts so well & interacted with the "peasants" to make the whole experience informative and fun. Definitely worth a visit.

The dungeon experience was great, with fantastic actors. We didn't want it to end, so wish it went on a bit longer.
