Nice vibe, lots of zones, a full-day trip. In my opinion, it's worth investing in an express pass because you have to wait in lines for a very long time. Very crowded. The staff was friendly and smiling. On the downside, 2 rides for which I had bought the pass were closed :(

This pass was very nice , however I recommend strongly to get the express pass for everything. This one includes Jurassic Park which you get wet at the end however, didn't include Mario World and we ended up making a line for 2 hours which completely ruined oir feet and legsdo AI recommend that, make the line first to Mario Kart as soon as you get inside the park. We didn't have any problems with the access and I haf a lot of fun that day.

Headout made our Universal Studios Japan visit much easier. The booking process was simple, the tickets were delivered without issues, and using the Express Pass helped us avoid long waits. I rated it 4 stars because a bit more guidance before arrival would have improved the experience, but overall I was very satisfied.

I recently did a 3-hour tour at USJ with our 2 kids (9 & 10) and husband with a disability that makes it difficult to walk long distances. The tour allowed us to walk straight to the front on our tour at the most crowded section of the park as well as express lane for all other popular attractions around the park. It is a very crowded park and we would have not been able to make t through the popular attractions without this tour. Our guide was so kind making sure he communicated my husbands limitations to staff. We truly appreciated and enjoyed our tour!
