Easy and fast online purchase when the lines at the ticket office were really long. You pick up the tickets at a guest center close to the main square in Siena. Tickets worked everywhere as expected. Audioguide was one of the best in our 14 day Italy trip. Clear, factual, well laid out. The Complex is remarkable and shouldn't be missed. Don't skip the library inside the cathedral. Allow time for a line from the top floor of the museum to the bell tower. The views are worth it.

We arrived and picked up the tickets just steps from the hotel without any problems. The cathedral and everything in Siena is spectacular!!

The audio guide was clear and easy to understand, conveying a lot of information in a pleasant tone. Navigating the different buildings was easy with the help of the graphics.
