Unfortunately, getting in wasn't easy—because you hadn't sent me any tickets, just a voucher. There was quite a delay—at first, I was told, "Yeah, but that's just a notification—where are the tickets?!?!?!? I had asked you several times to send me the tickets. The visit itself was great!

However, the upper floors of the museum halls and some of the exhibits, such as the airplanes on the museum roof, are not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
