Our visit to teamLab Planets Tokyo was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. Every room offered a unique combination of lights, colors, sounds, and interactive art that made us feel like we were part of the exhibition. Walking through the water, mirrored spaces, and immersive installations was an unforgettable experience. The visual effects were breathtaking, and every area was beautifully designed, making it impossible to stop taking photos and videos. The entire experience was fun, relaxing, and surprisingly emotional at times. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. If you are traveling to Tokyo, this is a place you simply cannot miss. We had an amazing time from beginning to end and would happily visit again. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

Even with all the amazing reviews and videos we'd seen, nothing prepared us for the actual experience. We were absolutely blown away. Every room was immersive, interactive, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like stepping into another world. Watching my daughter explore each exhibit with so much excitement and wonder made the visit even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to teamLab Planets Tokyo. Our favorite exhibits were the immersive water installations, but we also loved the floating flower garden and the giant bouncing spheres. Every part of the experience was beautifully designed, interactive, and fun for all ages. It was a fantastic family activity and a great way to spend a few hours indoors on a hot summer day. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

The experience was actually out of this world . We were entered into a different digital universe & we're totally totally awestruck . To enjoy optimum one needs to spend a minimum of 2-3 hours . Because first half an hour you are totally spell bound & confused . Where to go & how to come out . One of the most enjoyable experiences of my life & the only one of its kind . Thanks

Hi, We had a great time at Tokyo Lab DMM. We enjoyed naturally very much the water section for it's variety, novelty and fluidity of design and motion. We appreciated too the other sections, had quite a nice rest contemplating the flower ceiling, were amazed by the custom animations of our drawings and enjoyed the atmosphere of the setting in general and the organization. Definitely a nice place to go, we visited at 8pm and it was perfect like that.

The Team Labs experience was a definite highlight of our trip to Japan for our family. For an activity to captivate an 8 year old, an 18 year old and two fully grown adults is something very special. Amazing museum. Every installation is beautiful and interactive. Even the ramen at the cafe has earned Michelin recognition, everything they do here is just so well done! A great experience for kids and adults. Absolutely stunning

Getting started

Arrive at teamLab Planets TOKYO near the main entrance, where staff will guide you through ticket validation and a brief security check. Lockers are available for small items, and guests are encouraged to wear pants due to mirrored surfaces in some areas.

What to expect

This contemporary museum spans over 10,000 square meters, offering a multi-sensory journey through large-scale digital artworks. Each space is designed to engage all five senses, making you an active participant in the art.

What to bring

Wear pants to avoid reflections on mirrored floors. Skirts and wide-legged clothing are not recommended.

Clothes may get wet. Bring a change of clothes or wear quick-dry clothing, especially for children.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, food and beverages, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the exhibition.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Accessibility

Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering. Baby carriers are permitted inside the exhibition.

Guests with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.

This experience is not recommended for visitors with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Some areas of the venue are not accessible to pregnant women.

Some areas require you to go barefoot. Please remove your shoes before entering.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Staff may ask guests to leave if they stay too long during busy periods.
