On arrival, use your daily admission to the Thermal Park and head inside at your chosen time. Pick up your Wellness Kit with bathrobe and towel, along with your slippers, then choose a sunbed to serve as your base for the day. After a quick shower, you are ready to move between pools, wellness areas, and quiet zones at your own pace.

This experience centers on a single Thermal Park designed for a full day of unhurried use. You move freely between water areas, wellness cabins, and quiet spaces, with everything you need for comfort included on site.

Features

Access to 4 outdoor thermal pools lets you alternate between different water temperatures and settings during the day, finding the pool that feels best at any moment. Hydromassage tubs and jets are available in designated areas so you can target specific muscles with focused water pressure.

Vascular paths guide you through alternating water temperatures to stimulate circulation in your legs and feet, creating a structured walking circuit distinct from the main pools.

The sauna provides a dry heat environment for focused sweating, while the Argillarium offers a dedicated space for clay-based wellness, giving you two different thermal practices beyond the pools.

A relaxation room is set aside for quiet downtime between water sessions, so you can lie back, read, or simply disconnect in a calm indoor setting.

Your Wellness Kit, including bathrobe and towel, is provided on site, and slippers are included so you do not need to bring these items from home.

A sunbed is included for each guest, giving you a personal spot to rest, dry off, or leave your robe and towel while you enjoy the Thermal Park.

Unattended car parking is available for guests arriving by car, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout designated areas so you can stay connected or check plans while you relax.

What's not allowed

Children's pool access: Children under 14 years and below 1.50 meters are prohibited from using certain pools and waterfalls; designated safe pools are available for them.

Unsafe behavior: Running, diving, pushing, and jumping from pool edges are prohibited throughout the park.

Equipment limits: Fins, air mattresses, inflatable boats, and other items deemed dangerous by staff are not allowed.

Free diving: Free diving is not permitted in any of the pools.

Noise and devices: Music players without headphones are not allowed, and mobile phones must stay on silent or vibrate.

Conduct: Guests must maintain a low voice and behave appropriately in all areas.

Outside food: External food and beverages are not allowed inside the park for hygiene and image reasons.

In-pool consumption: Eating or drinking inside the pools is prohibited at all times.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in indoor spaces or pools, except in clearly marked smoking areas.

Wet clothing: Sitting with wet clothes on restaurant area cushions is not permitted.

Additional information

Pre-pool hygiene: You must shower before entering any pool or starting a wellness practice.

Dress code: Swimwear and slippers are mandatory throughout the park, and a white bathrobe is required in the Resort, SPA & Beauty Clinic, and dining areas.

Sauna attire: Only swimwear is allowed in the sauna area, and you must use a towel inside.

Infant swimwear: Children under 3 years must wear containment swimwear while using the pools.

Jewelry care: You should be cautious with silver or other metals, as they may oxidize in the thermal water.
