If you choose the Group Snorkeling Tour, Meet at Port option, you meet directly at the departure port and board the boat there. With the Group Snorkeling Tour + Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off option, your day begins with hotel pick-up in Muscat and transfer to the port. Once on board, you settle in for the boat ride out to the Daymaniyat Islands.

This experience focuses on the Daymaniyat Islands, one of Oman’s most beautiful marine destinations, reached on a 4–5 hour boat tour. You travel by boat from Muscat to the islands, enjoy time in the water, and then return to the port at the end of the trip.

Features

The 4–5 hour boat tour to the Daymaniyat Islands includes time cruising over the water and time anchored so you can snorkel in clear seas known for colorful fish and other marine life. Conditions give you a chance to look for sea turtles in their natural habitat as you explore the area from the surface.

Snorkeling equipment is provided so you can enter the water without bringing your own gear, and life jackets are available on board for added support while you are in or near the water.

Snacks on board and drinking water are included during the boat journey, so you can relax between swims, rehydrate, and refuel while taking in views of the Daymaniyat Islands from the boat.

Round-trip transfers are included as per the option selected, with the Group Snorkeling Tour, Meet at Port option requiring you to arrive at the departure port yourself, and the Group Snorkeling Tour + Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off option including hotel pick-up and drop-off in Muscat.

What to bring

Towels: Bring your own towel, as towels are not provided on this tour.

Seasickness tablets: Carry your preferred seasickness tablets if you are prone to motion sickness.

Underwater camera: Bring an underwater camera if you want photos, as underwater photography is not included.
