Všetko bolo super! Všetko načas! Pomohli nám so vstupenkami! Rad odsýpal rýchlo, čakali sme maximálne tak 5 minút, kým prišiel náš časový slot. Bohužiaľ, mali sme zarezervovaných 7 vstupeniek, no prístup dávajú len k 5 audiosprievodcom. Kontaktovali sme zákaznícku podporu v aplikácii a povedali nám, že sa s tým nedá nič robiť. Škoda, podelili sme sa o slúchadlá, ale určite to treba vziať do úvahy.

Exceptional line control personell. I'm 81 and a wonderfull young man used my phone to find my reservation. This was my last time seeing David and I have seen him 10 times since 1975. That being said, your new system of ticket management is abhorent. 40+ disconnected failed times to get Ufizzi reservations before I left the USA has embittered me against Florence, which was my favorite city in the world. I tried 3 times in Florence to get the 3 sites pass. No help and one lady at the pitti was rude.Without seeing the Ufizzi, Florence has devolves into a swarm of ants. It has lost all its charm. Its all about money and control. Much of Italy is devolving the same way. I know what your arguements against my anger would sound like, but there is absolutely NO excuse for the stupidity of your design. You have bitten the hand that feeds you and you don't REALLY care. Dante was correct in placing many Florentines in the 8th circle of the Inferno. I will never again see Florence and my heart is broken. My only solice is there is not much left to experience. 2 days at most for anyone. TOO many ants. Worse than Time Square NY. Stop worring about money. It will come. Worry about charm...

The agent near the museum who assisted us (Brian) was very helpful. Once we found him amidst the crowd near the museum, he informed us where we should hang out until he came to get us for our timed entry. We arrived early so he got us into a time slot 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled one. We also appreciated the woman at the office where we picked up our tickets since she let us wait inside (even though the office was closed for its lunch hour) and then completed our paperwork early as well. Best of all was seeing the magnificent works by Michelangelo as well as the historic musical instruments since the latter weren't part of the Academia's collection the last time we visited Florence. Finally, we learned a great deal from a guide about another Florentine sculpture whose impressive works filled another gallery. All and all we had an excellent visit and our advance entry tickets purchased through Headout made everything work out very well.

Estar diante de obras que marcaram a história da arte, especialmente as de Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci e Michelangelo, é algo difícil de traduzir em palavras. A riqueza do acervo impressiona, mas o que mais encanta é perceber como a arte e a história se encontram em cada sala. A compra dos ingressos pela Headout foi simples e prática, e o horário marcado facilitou bastante a organização da visita. Uma experiência inesquecível, que recomendo a qualquer pessoa que venha a Florença. É impossível sair da Uffizi sem olhar para a cidade com outros olhos.

After meeting with the host at the agreed upon time, we received the tickets for the booked timeslot, and were asked to wait at a long line at security which frightened us a little but, once it started, everything went very smoothly and we waited only around 5 minutes. A useful information would be to always chech which timeslot the line you are waiting at is for, because there were several lines both in different directions and also parallel to eachother, each for its own timeslot and it was easy to get confused.

This was our first time using Headout and we wouldn't hesitate using them again. Accademia tickets were sold out so we purchased through Headout. We quickly received a confirmation email and instructions on how to get our tickets. Once in Florence, the directions provided were clear and very easy to follow. They provided an audio guide that worked well! It was a very good experience!

We had limited time in Florence. The Accademia Gallery, where David statue lives, were all booked out for the date we wanted. Saw a listing from headout, offered a time and the date we wanted. We saw David and the museum, an amazing place.
