First time to use this service as recommended from my Friend. It is super convenient and I will use every times when I visit Stockholm

At first there were some issues, because the pass couldn't be added to the platform. Due to generous help, I was able to successfully add it and I could travel. And the journey is wonderful. I will definitely travel again to another country with trains.

The ride was smooth and on time. The staff were very professional and informative. I also appreciated the comfortable, spacious seating inside the traing during the trip.

Very early morning, barely awake, got on the bus with help from the driver. Arrived at the airport without incident, exactly on time.
